Molly leads Aircall’s partnership with the HubSpot ecosystem across the UKI & Nordics. She works closely with HubSpot partners and customers to build new ways of driving operational excellence across the calling channel. Through her expertise in Aircall and HubSpot’s joint solution, she has helped over 100 businesses consolidate their sales and support operations.

Outside of work, you can find her guiding her friends through the delights of Korean cuisine!

With 15 years of experience in sales and partnerships, Wilma has a deep understanding of complex solutions and scaling startups to profitability. Her experience in implementing complex ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement, and e-signature solutions, coupled with her entrepreneurial drive to find the best solutions for the customer, is evident in her work. When not working Wilma loves hanging out with her family including her husband, son and dog Harry, or getting a kick out of anything that goes fast   or getting swept away by a good book.

Benoit is a multi-programming-language lead developer and solution architect with a high degree of self-direction and adaptability, and a strong ability to work under pressure in the given deadlines.

His area of expertise are Client and Server programming as well as Database administration, Data-mining, Web architecture and Email marketing

In addition, he is also a strong team builder & leader, comfortable with speaking in front of a large audience, he is passionate about teaching and am able to give clear explanations to complex topics.

Started as PHP/Java programmer at school, he is now a technology addict and testing bleeding edge open source technologies on my own.

He is a bug hunter and performance tracker regardless of the stack used as long as he has access to the correct tools; if they don’t exist he writes them himself.

Being active in the open source community (Github, Stackoverflow, Blogging, User Groups and Conferences) allows him to understand what tomorrows IT world will be made of.

Ranya is a global citizen with a vibrant background spanning Africa, Europe, Latin America, the USA, and India. Fluent in four languages, she’s a serial entrepreneur passionate about crafting businesses from the ground up, consistently achieving 30% profitability. She is passionate about what she does, and consistently challenges herself to learn new things. Her expertise as a HubSpot and ClickUp aficionado blends with her skills as a cultural anthropologist and philosopher, having led multicultural teams worldwide for over a decade. Her professional values can be summed up as follows: adaptability, humility, and problem-solving. Crystal King is a Senior Professor for HubSpot Academy with a focus on social media and AI strategy. Crystal has led global social media and community programs for companies such as Pegasystems, Keurig, CA Technologies, and Sybase. She has taught classes in writing, creativity, and social media at Harvard Extension School, Boston University, Mass College of Art, and UMass Boston. Crystal has an M.A. in critical and creative thinking from UMass Boston. She is also a novelist, and her latest book, IN THE GARDEN OF MONSTERS, is available in bookstores on and offline.
