Your Impact
As our HubSpot Implementor, you'll be responsible for successful platform deployments and optimizations. You'll:
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementation projects, from initial setup to full deployment and training
- Configure and customize HubSpot instances to match client workflows and business processes
- Attend thorough discovery sessions to understand client requirements and map them to HubSpot capabilities
- Create and implement custom properties, and automation workflows
- Implement native integrations between HubSpot and other business systems through apps in the marketplace
- Provide best practice guidance and training to ensure client adoption and success
- Document technical specifications and maintain implementation playbooks
Your Expertise
We're looking for a passionate CRM professional in the NAM timezone with:
- HubSpot certifications and 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience
- Deep technical knowledge of HubSpot's platform architecture and capabilities
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and project execution
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, API integrations, and automation workflows
- Experience with HubSpot's Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management and client communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
