Your Impact

As our Senior HubSpot Consultant (aka Coach), you'll architect client success, bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You'll:

  • Spearheaded CRM onboarding & implementation projects, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. 
  • Transform client processes through innovative use of HubSpot tools, acting as a strategic coach and change management expert.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to unearth client pain points and opportunities so you can guide them on making the most out of HubSpot.
  • Craft and present tailored recommendations that align with client objectives and HubSpot's evolving ecosystem
  • Design custom reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for clients. Let the data do the talking
  • Stay at the forefront of HubSpot's latest features and products while becoming a trusted advisor for clients and colleagues alike

Your Expertise

We're looking for a passionate CRM professional in South Africa with:

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot consulting experience
  • Proven track record in business analysis and process optimization
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Experience in managing integration projects is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • A self-starter mentality balanced with solid teamwork skills
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing tech landscape
