Mid-Market Account Executive - US Territory
As an Account Executive at Avidly Now you will drive new business opportunities by helping organizations maximize their HubSpot investment through our comprehensive implementation and integration services. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting businesses with our expert solutions, including custom implementations, technical migrations, and specialized integrations.
You'll leverage strategic outbound prospecting and qualified inbound leads to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities. Working closely with our Partner development manager (PDM), you'll develop targeted approaches to reach decision-makers who need HubSpot expertise.
You'll conduct thorough discovery calls and deliver compelling presentations showcasing Avidly Now services, demonstrating how our technical expertise and implementation methodology drive client success.
You'll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, coordinating with our implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and project kickoffs.
Your focus will be on mid-market businesses looking to implement, optimize, or expand their HubSpot ecosystem, requiring complex solutions and custom integrations.
We are actively expanding our US sales organization and seeking experienced Mid-Market Account Executives who understand the technical and business aspects of HubSpot implementations.
This role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
What's Needed?
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in selling professional services, particularly in the technology or SaaS implementation space
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex integration and implementation requirements
- Experience in solution selling with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build trust with both technical and business decision-makers
- HubSpot experience or certification is a significant plus
Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Diagnose complex HubSpot implementation needs and architect comprehensive solutions, including custom integrations, migrations, and optimization services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for professional services engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with mid-market companies seeking expert HubSpot implementation services
- Collaborate with our implementation teams to scope projects accurately and set clear expectations
- Stay current with HubSpot's evolving ecosystem to identify new service opportunities
- Contribute to Avidly's growth by sharing market insights and helping refine our service offerings
Role Requirements:
- Based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience selling professional services or complex solutions
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of CRM implementations and digital transformation projects
- Excellence in discovery, solution design, and proposal development
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
