CRM Toolbox | Looking for an Outstanding Software Engineer

What will you do?

As an engineer, your primary responsibilities will be to use APIs to design, develop, configure, implement, maintain and support (internal support) multi-directional integrations between HubSpot, and other third-party applications that our clients use.

You will play an important part in the development and growth of the integration business unit. You will have a strong knowledge of software development and design practices in an agile environment and will have experience working to develop business-critical applications for medium and enterprise organizations.

Key responsabilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain technology solutions for integrations between Hubspot and between and third-party applications, in accordance with Integration Architecture best practices, standards, and policies.
Deliver customer value in the form of high-quality software components and services in adherence with policies on Security, performance, longevity, and Integration testing
Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes
Produce accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the low-level details.
Contribute to agile ceremonies, scrum meetings i.e., daily stand-up, sprint planning, readouts, and retrospectives. Also, participate in improving team performance
Perform peer code reviews to ensure quality standards.
Understand and follow coding conventions, architectures, and best practices. Assist more junior developers.

Qualifications

Experience developing and supporting Integrations using iPaaS solutions (such as Tray.io MuleSoft, Boomi, webMethods.IO) and web services development, SOAP/REST, event-driven Publish/Subscribe model.
Well versed in system integration design and development
Track record of delivering technical integration designs to support projects
Strong communication skills when dealing with colleagues at all levels
Collaborative approach when working with multiple teams across disciplines
Good understanding of software design and usability for applications
Pragmatic thinker, able to balance user requirements while delivering excellent technical solutions.
Experience working with globally distributed software development teams supporting integrations and customizations between complex solutions.
Knowledge of Hubspot API / Salesforce API would be advantageous
