Crystal King is a Senior Professor for HubSpot Academy with a focus on social media and AI strategy. Crystal has led global social media and community programs for companies such as Pegasystems, Keurig, CA Technologies, and Sybase. She has taught classes in writing, creativity, and social media at Harvard Extension School, Boston University, Mass College of Art, and UMass Boston. With 15 years of experience in sales and partnerships, Wilma has a deep understanding of complex solutions and scaling startups to profitability. Her experience in implementing complex ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Enablement, and e-signature solutions, coupled with her entrepreneurial drive to find the best solutions for the customer, is evident in her work. Benoit Chabord
